With the professional experience of 7 years in different streams of Yoga, Hansa will be steering morning sessions of Purna Yogaatthe Sacred Festival on the resplendentghats. Hansa understands that the core of the yogic philosophy and psychology hinges on a positive mind in a healthy body. Therefore, she will begin her sessions with DhyanaMeditation and then move on to SukshmaVyayamand Pranayama, to align the physical and mental well-being
With her good communication skills, she has conducted regular Yogasessions at severalrehabilitation centres to help individuals come out of their drinking, smoking and drug addiction.
