While the Morning and Evening Music will be free and open to all, a specially curated and magical ‘Delegate Experience’, spread over 2 and a half days, with languid afternoon discourses on poetry, heritage walks across important sites, and the partaking of Amritsar’s incomparable cuisine, will be the Festival’s hallmarks.

Heritage Walks

Sleepwell Presents the Sacred Amritsar offers an opportunity for delegates to relish the historical allure of Amritsar through a guided heritage walk, commencing from the Town Hall within the walled city. This captivating journey traverses through the katras, sarais, and akharas that embellish the city of Amritsar. The culminating segment of this fascinating experience will entail a gourmet lunch at a fine restaurant located in the Town Hall.

Partition Museum Visit

In addition to the Heritage Walk, Festival Delegates will have the opportunity to go on a guided tour of the world's first Partition Museum, located within the Town Hall in Amritsar. Being the first-of-its-kind museum, it hosts an extensive collection of archives and exhibits, dedicated to documenting and commemorating the history of millions who were affected during the Partition of 1947.

Food Trails

Amritsar is known for its delectable cuisine, from the appetising Amritsari Kulchas to the flavoursome combination of Sarso da Saag and Makki di Roti, the food of the city is popular throughout the world! At Sleepwell Presents The Sacred Amritsar, Delegates get treated to some of the best items of food that Amritsar has to offer. From the Amritsari-Kulcha, and Naan and Fish to Lassi and Jalebis at Jalebiwala Chowk - the incredible food trail covers it all!
