- It would be preferable that everyone who comes to the festival, should have been doubly vaccinated.
- While the festival will make a provision for masks and sanitisers, we would request everyone to carry their own masks and sanitisers as well.
- Kindly make sure you are wearing your masks at all times and sanitise timely.
- Rooms and packages once booked are non–transferable.
- On cancellation by or before the 30th August, a refund of 25% will be granted.
- On cancellation post 30th August, no refund will be granted.
- Similarly, for the Delegate Package - refunds can be done only until 30th Septmber, after which no refunds will be made.
- Accommodation rates are standard across all hotels for both single/double occupancy.
- No refund will be made on the hotel room should one person in a double occupancy booking not show up at the Festival. Notification for hotel cancellation needs to be conveyed on or before 30th August.
- Even though Heritage Walks are part of the package, it is important that all delegates register for the walks in advance in order to schedule your walk on a particular given day or time. This is mainly to help keep the group numbers of the walks limited at one given point, in order to follow covid safety protocols.
- Do note that the Festival is a SMOKE-FREE ZONE and also in keeping with the sanctity of the Holy Ghats, alcohol is strictly prohibited at the venues. Therefore, there will be no sale of cigarettes or alcohol at any venue.
- Please note that ground transport will not be provided to and from hotels for attendees who have not booked with the Festival Partner hotels, they can check with their own hotels to provide the same transportation.
The Mahindra Kabira Festival has successfully become a Green festival in India. With an estimated 593 kgs of waste, that was generated in 2019, out of which 96% was recycled, composted and rescued. We hope to make The Mahindra Kabira Festival a 100% green festival, and look forward to all your support in the coming years!
